These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PowerClaw mobile application ("PowerClaw" or the "App") provided by PowerClaw ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PowerClaw. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.
PowerClaw offers a "pay what you want" subscription with three tiers:
All tiers unlock the same Pro features. Choose based on what you can afford and how much you want to support development.
Your subscription automatically renews each month at the price of the tier you selected, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
You will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You may upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time in iOS Settings > Subscriptions. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

The PowerClaw AI Coach provides general fitness guidance and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
The AI Coach is restricted to training-related topics by design and will not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
All content in the App — including text, graphics, the PowerClaw logo, and the underlying software — is owned by PowerClaw or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of training data and notes you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to operate the App and provide the service to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the in-App account deletion flow or by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California, USA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-App notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
