When you tap Generate AI Plan, our AI analyzes your goals, body, equipment, and weekly schedule to build a 12-week periodized strength program. The plan follows real periodization phases (Foundation, Strength, Power) and adapts every week based on your training data.
All three tiers unlock the same Pro features. We use a "pay what you want" model so you can choose based on what you can afford and how much you want to support development. There is no functional difference.
Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → tap Subscriptions → tap PowerClaw → tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find PowerClaw, and request a refund.
On the Coach tab, open the Plan view. Tap Regenerate to ask the AI to build a new plan based on your latest data, or tap Adjust to make targeted changes (e.g., swap an exercise, change weekly frequency).
You can sign up, browse the 200+ exercise library, and explore the App for free. The AI plan generation, AI coach conversations, training analytics, and muscle heat-map are Pro features that require an active subscription.
Yes. Your account, training history, and active plan are stored on our secure cloud and sync to any iPhone or iPad you sign in to with the same account.
Your data is soft-deleted within 24 hours and permanently purged within 90 days. You can request immediate deletion by emailing support@powerclaw.app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The AI Coach is intentionally restricted to training-related topics (form, programming, recovery, nutrition basics). It will not provide medical advice, legal advice, or off-topic responses. For medical questions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Yes. The AI adapts to your experience level. If you select Beginner during onboarding, your plan starts with foundational movements and conservative loading. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
